BLOOD BANK Management SYSTEM

The aim of this study was to create a system that manages blood donations effectively by providing access to donor records and regulating the distribution of blood based on hospital demands across the country. Without quick and easy access to donor records, it becomes challenging to develop market strategies for blood donation and to sensitize and lobby blood donors. The blood management information system offers convenient access to donor records from different parts of the country and helps to monitor the results and performance of blood donation activities. This allows organizations to check if their objectives are being met and make informed decisions. The system generates timely, confidential, and secure medical reports that facilitate planning and decision making, thereby improving medical service delivery.BLOOD BANK Management SYSTEM The reports generated by the system provide solutions to most of the challenges faced by management regarding blood donor records.

Existing Definition:

People will go from one blood bank to another to get the blood which is time-consuming and sometimes not able to reach at the time.

In some blood banks, sometimes we get the blood but that is not sufficient so we need to search for another blood bank for more blood. If some person wants to donate the blood, he/she needs to come to the bank and need to fill the form then the first doctor will check his blood group after that he will allow donating.

Suppose there is some patient who needs blood urgently then how you come to know about this condition, you will not even able to reach the patient.

Proposed Solution:

The blood management information system offers functionality to quick access to donor records collected from various parts of the country. It enables monitoring of the results and performance of the blood donation activity such that relevant and measurable objectives of the organization can be checked.  It provides to management timely, confidential and secure medical reports that facilitates planning and decision making and hence improved medical service delivery. The reports generated by the system give answers to most of the challenges management faces as far as blood donor records are concerned.
