In a country where 4000 people die annually in the capital due to road accidents and improper road conditions, the severity of denial of proper infrastructure is high in terms of both fatality and medical investments. Within the country, 40% of the total number of deaths that occur on roads include motorcycles and blood loss is a major factor in most of these cases. 70% of the total number of deaths occurs to unavailability of medical services and support. Some of these accidents are also a result of improper road structure, lesser usable gap and pot holes. The device proposed in this paper is any easy to make `Accident and Travel Assessment’ device which can be modeled into most two/four wheeler vehicles to provide an additional layer or travel ease and security. It includes a combination of embedded systems and the open source, highly popular android technology which is a separate software module to the hardware. The hardware uses an accelerometer as the only form of data input to the entire system and provides a graphical and/or data transfer output.
